1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the personalized nature of our digitization services and custom slideshow projects (including Memories in Motion), all sales are final. Once digitization or slideshow creation has begun, we generally do not offer refunds or cancellations.

2. Exceptions for Incomplete or Unsatisfactory Service

If you believe the service was not completed as agreed, or you received defective digital files or a slideshow with errors, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will review your concerns and may offer a partial refund, redo, or other solution at our discretion.

3. Media Condition Disclaimer

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or deterioration of your original media. Refunds will not be issued based on media quality issues caused before digitization or slideshow creation.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees (both to and from Heavenly Reminiscences) are generally non-refundable. If an error occurs on our part during return shipping, we will cover additional costs to correct the issue.
