Digital Delivery of Files
Completed digitized files and Memories in Motion slideshows may be delivered via secure cloud platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), FileCloud, or other industry-standard file-sharing services. These systems use encryption to help protect your files during transmission. If you have questions about how your files are being stored or delivered, please contact us.
Please note that by submitting your media for digitization or slideshow creation, you affirm that you own the rights to the content or have obtained permission from the copyright holder. Heavenly Reminiscences does not claim ownership of your media or digital files but reserves the right to refuse content that may infringe copyright.
Music Licensing / Usage: Clients may provide their own music for the slideshow and are responsible for ensuring it is appropriately licensed. Alternatively, if Heavenly Reminiscences provides music, it is licensed for personal use only within the slideshow and remains protected by copyright. Redistribution or commercial use of provided music is prohibited.
Client Responsibility for Final Use: Heavenly Reminiscences provides music for personal slideshow use. Clients are responsible for ensuring that their use of the slideshow complies with any platform or copyright rules.
Editing / Syncing Disclaimer: While we provide professionally synced music tracks, Heavenly Reminiscences cannot guarantee that every client will prefer the final audio-visual timing or style.
Completed Memories in Motion slideshows with provided music will be delivered via secure download link. All included music is licensed for personal use only.
Shipping & Handling Policy

Thank you for choosing Heavenly Reminiscences to preserve your cherished memories. Below is our shipping and handling policy to help you prepare your items and understand how we handle shipments, including Memories in Motion slideshows.
1. Sending Your Media to Us
Packaging: Please package your tapes, films, photos, or audio items securely. We recommend:
- Using bubble wrap, foam, or other protective materials.
- Labeling the outside of the package βFragileβ.
- Including your name, return address, phone number, and email inside the package for identification.
Shipping Method:
You are responsible for shipping costs when sending your media to us. We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service such as:
- USPS Priority Mail
- UPS
- FedEx
Note: Heavenly Reminiscences is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit to our facility. Customers are encouraged to insure their packages.
Digital submissions for Memories in Motion slideshows: You may submit media digitally via secure file transfer. Physical shipment of media is optional unless specified.
2. Handling Time
Once your package or digital submission is received, our standard processing time is 2β4 weeks, depending on the size of your order. Rush processing may be available by special request (additional fees may apply).
3. Return Shipping
- Return Shipping Fee: Return shipping costs are covered by Heavenly Reminiscences and will not be charged to you for physical media.
- Carrier Used: We primarily use USPS for return shipping, with tracking and insurance included at no additional cost.
- Digital Deliveries: Memories in Motion slideshows and digitized files will be delivered via secure download links or cloud platforms at no additional cost.
4. Shipping Damage
While we take great care to package your original media and digitized files for return, we are not responsible for damage caused by the shipping carrier during transit back to you. Heavenly Reminiscences is not liable for loss or damage caused by third-party shipping carriers.
Please contact us if you wish to add special handling instructions to your return shipment.
5. Local Drop-Off / Pick-Up (if applicable)
If you are local to Bismarck, ND, we may offer local drop-off or pickup by appointment. Local delivery can include physical media or digital transfer via USB or secure file upload. Contact us to make arrangements.
6. Lost Packages
We will provide tracking for all return shipments. If your return package appears lost or delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first, then contact us for assistance. Digital deliveries will include support if download links fail or expire.
