What kinds of items can you digitize?We can convert VHS tapes, MiniDV, 8mm tapes, audio cassettes, 8mm film reels, photos, slides, and negatives. Send a mix in one order.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders?
Yes! For orders of 26 items or more, you’ll get our best price of just $10 per item. For very large projects, please ask us about special pricing.
Can I send different types of items together? How does pricing work?Absolutely. You can mix tapes, photos, and slides in one order. Pricing is based on the total number of items, with lower rates for larger quantities.
Will I get my original tapes and photos back?Definitely. We always return all your original items along with your new digital copies.
How will I receive the digital files?You can choose to get your digital memories on a USB drive, DVD/CD, or through a private online download link — whatever works best for you.
What file types will I get? Is the quality good?We provide high-quality digital files. Videos are typically in MP4 format, and photos are in JPEG or TIFF — all preserving the best quality from your originals.
Is shipping included for sending my items back?Yes. We cover the cost of shipping your original items and digital copies back to you, including tracking and insurance. You only pay to send your items to us.
Do you clean or repair the tapes and photos?We gently remove surface dust before digitizing, but we don’t provide full cleaning or restoration services.
How long will the digitization process take?Most projects take about 1 to 3 weeks, depending on how many items you send. We’ll keep you updated throughout the process.
Where are you located?Our business is based in Bismarck, North Dakota. If you’re nearby, you’re welcome to drop off or pick up your items by appointment.
