What to Expect When You Send Your Media for Digitizing
Digitizing your home movies, photos, and tapes is an exciting step toward preserving and reliving your favorite memories—but we understand it can also feel a little intimidating if it’s your first time. 📦 Step 1: Safely Package Your Materials
After placing your order or requesting a quote, the first step is getting your items to us. We accept a wide range of formats—VHS, Hi8, MiniDV, 8mm film reels, cassettes, slides, printed photos, and more.
Packaging Tips:
- Use bubble wrap or soft packing materials to cushion delicate items.
- Label or group your items if you’d like them digitized in a certain order.
- Include your contact information inside the package.
- Choose a trackable shipping method so you can follow the journey to our studio.

Once we receive your package, we take extra care to inspect, organize, and prepare each item before the digitizing process begins. Every piece is treated with respect—as if it were part of our own family history.
